Terms and Conditions

FOR SERVICES (Mixing, Mastering, etc.)

1. Consultation and cost estimates are always 100% free of charge.

2. We don’t offer refunds for any services or goods. Except for your first Analog Mastering, or Stem Mastering with us.

3. If you ordered a service you can cancel at any time in written form by E-Mail (david@reallynicerecords.com).
If the order is processed, the hours worked will be billed in the event of cancellation.
In this case, no discount will be granted.

4. In case of cancellation of booked appointments at ReallyNiceRecords Studio Dachau, a cancellation period of max. 12h prior to the start of the event must be met.
If the cancellation period is not met, 50% of the original costs will be charged.

5. Session backups will be deleted 3 months after completion of the project. "completion of the project" is defined in your invoice as "production period".

6. 5 revisions are included in the price for all cuts, mixes and masters. Revisions are small changes. Revisions can no longer be carried out once the work step has been completed and approved by you, e.g. no more editing revisions can be made in the mastering session.

7. The finished work is delivered online via Dropbox or WeTransfer to the e-mail address you provided with your order.

8. Different versions of the same song, e.g. remixes, instrumentals, etc., are considered independent songs.

9. Deadlines must be announced when placing the order. In the event of damage caused by a deadline not being met, no liability will be accepted.

10. Your personal data: E-mail and billing address/delivery address are stored by us.
This data may be passed on to the responsible post office or in the event of non-payment.

FOR GOODS (Merchandise, CDs, etc.)

12. We don’t offer refunds for any services or goods.

13. A maximum of 5 entities can be bought by one person in the case of a presale.
If you are a retailer please contact us directly.

14. You can cancel physical orders in written form by E-Mail, before we have started shipping your order.

15. Your personal data: E-mail and billing address/delivery address are stored by us.
This data may be passed on to the responsible post office or in the event of non-payment.
