Welcome to ReallyNiceRecords Ližnjan. To ensure a smooth and professional experience, we have established the following terms and conditions. By booking and using our services, you agree to abide by these terms.

1. Booking and Reservations

1.1 Advance Booking: All sessions must be booked in advance. Bookings can be made via phone, email, or our online booking system.

1.2 Deposit Requirements: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total session fee is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance is due at the start of the session.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Notice Period: Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session without penalty.

2.2 Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a fee of 50% of the total session fee. No-shows will be charged the full session fee.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Rates and Fees: Our rates are detailed on our website and in our studio brochure. Additional charges may apply for equipment rental, engineering services, and overtime.

3.2 Payment Schedule: Payments can be made via cash, credit card, or bank transfer. Full payment is required at the start of the session unless otherwise agreed.

4. Usage and Conduct

4.1 Studio Rules: Clients must respect studio property and follow all studio rules, including no smoking, no alcohol, no drinking or eating on the studio table and maintaining a clean environment.

4.2 Equipment Care: Clients are responsible for any damage caused to studio equipment due to negligence or misuse. The damaged item must be replaced with funds sufficient to purchase a new one. If the item is vintage or a limited edition, the replacement cost will be determined by an estimate from either the studio owner or an independent professional. Additionally, any discounts necessary to retain clients until the new equipment arrives will be covered by the party responsible for the damage. Creating a feedback loop with the microphone and the speakers will result in the immediate end of the session.

5. Recording Rights and Usage

5.1 Master Ownership: Clients retain ownership of their master recordings. ReallyNiceRecords Ližnjan reserves the right to use clips for promotional purposes, with prior client consent.

6. Confidentiality and Privacy

6.1 Confidentiality Agreement: ReallyNiceRecords agrees to keep all session details and unpublished work confidential.

6.2 Privacy Policy: Client information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy, which is available on our website.

7. Liability and Indemnity

7.1 Liability Waiver: ReallyNiceRecords Ližnjan is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property while on studio premises.

7.2 Indemnity Clause: Clients agree to indemnify and hold ReallyNiceRecords Ližnjan harmless from any claims arising from their use of the studio.

8. Technical and Support Services

8.2 Technical Support: Technical support via Phone is available during sessions in English, German or Croatian. Clients should report any issues immediately for swift resolution.

9. Session Length and Overtime

9.1 Session Limits: Clients must adhere to the agreed start and end times. You can arrive upto 15min early.

9.2 Overtime Charges: Overtime is charged at the standard hourly rate, subject to availability.

10. Health and Safety

10.1 Health Guidelines: Clients must follow all health and safety protocols, including COVID-19 measures as applicable.

10.2 Emergency Procedures: Clients must familiarize themselves with emergency exits and procedures upon arrival.

11. Feedback and Continuous Improvement

11.1 Client Feedback: We welcome client feedback to improve our services. Feedback can be provided via email or through our online feedback form.

11.2 Follow-Up: Post-session follow-up may be conducted to gather client impressions and ensure satisfaction.

12. Governing Law

12.1 Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Croatia.
